What We Do
All pets looked after by Hillcote are treated as a member of the family and are given a warm welcome by their allocated pet care provider, who will be fully DBS checked and have received relevant 1st aid training.
Who We Are
Hello, I'm Kayleigh – Hillcote’s Head Human, and I started Hillcote Pets because I have always wanted to make my lifestyle my living. I have an Ofqual Level 3 qualification in Dog Boarding and Day Care and many years experience working with different animals, including dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, guinea, pigs, hamsters, gerbils and fish. I recently completed my CPD certificate caring for senior dogs and the Dog Loss and Bereavement Programme with Canine Principles.

I work closely with our dedicated team of pet care proffessionals and our Chief of operations, Ida, to ensure they are all up-to-date with CPD & training and I support them to achieve relevant qualifications in the pet industry. This means that all pets cared for by Hillcote receive the highest standard of care to keep them happy, healthy and enjoy their time with us.
I specialise in our senior citizens and my qualifications mean that we are well prepared when the inevitable happens that comes as part of the package of caring for our more senior members of the family.

Hillcote’s Helper, Anthony (Kayleigh’s husband) – who makes sure the Hillcote is in tip-top condition and that all pets receive all the cuddles and play time they could wish for

Phillippa (Munchkin) Munn - Kayleigh's 1 year old daughter who absolutely adores dogs, especially black ones!
Please note, in order to keep all of our furry friends safe, we require that all pets are:

* Fully vaccinated and treated with an up-to-date veterinary parasite programme
*Trained to walk on a loose lead or walk to heel (dogs)
*Socialised with a variety of dogs and people (dogs)
*Independent and able to tolerate short periods of separation
*Calm and laid back in temperament and able to self soothe
