We ask you to tell us about you and your dog in our contact form so we can provide the best and most efficient customer service from the get-go. We will need to clarify details with you to ensure that we are the right fit for you and your dog and ensure we are able to provide you both with high quality service. Once we have all the information we need, we will email you a formal, detailed quotation with instructions to secure your booking.
What we need to know
about your dog and why
Vaccintation History - dogs must be up-to-date or titre tested (vet certificate required) and have received the kennel cough vaccination

Parasite Programme - all dogs must be up-to-date with vet approved flea, tick and worming
​
Medical History - we are happy to accept dogs that require medication (Hillcote's Humans have experience with this) but we must know the full details and require a veterinary report to be able to ensure we are providing everything your dog needs.

Emergency Contact - we can not board dogs unless you provide details for an emergency contact who can collect your dog if necessary in case of emergency, such as a fire, flood or human illness.

Enjoying Oudoor Adventures - Keeping Your Dog Safe
At hillcote we love outdoor adventures and we want your dog to enjoy them with us. In order to do so, we do require your dog is:
Socialised - dogs must be able to share accommodation with other dogs and cats and be well socialised on walks and in public places

Trained - dogs must be toilet trained and obey simple commands such as sit, stay, wait and recall must be well established for off-lead walking and loose lead walking in large breed dogs
​
Spayed (if female) - Artie is entire so we are unable to accept unspayed bitches after they have had their first season (safety first)
