From Our Family to Yours – What’s New at Hillcote Pets 🐾

Dear Hillcote Pets Family,

As many of you know, the past year has been a quieter one for us at Hillcote following the arrival of the littlest member of our crew—Pippa Munn, Kayleigh’s daughter. Becoming a mum has been a beautiful whirlwind for Kayleigh, and we’ve truly appreciated your patience, kind words, and ongoing support while services have been temporarily reduced.

Now, with Pippa fast approaching her first birthday (how did that happen?!), and with our team continuing to grow, we’re delighted to let you know that Hillcote is opening up more availability this autumn. While we aren’t planning to resume day care at Hillcote, we are expanding in other areas and we’re genuinely excited about what’s to come.

Here’s what we’re currently offering:

🐾 Pet Sitting in Your Home – £55 per 24 hours

Whether you're away for a long weekend or a longer holiday, we’ll move in and keep your pet company right in the comfort of their own space. This is the least disruptive and most comforting option for pets, especially those who don’t cope well in kennels or new environments. They get to sleep in their own bed, eat from their usual bowls, and stick to their routine.

🐾 Holiday or Work Drop-ins – £20 per visit

Shorter check-ins are great for feeding, letting pets out for a bathroom break, a quick cuddle, or topping up water and food. Perfect if you're at work or away for the day.

🐾 Dog Walks

1-hour group walks (for the social butterflies)

3-hour group adventures (for the big sniffers and high-energy pups)

1-hour solo walks (ideal for nervous, elderly, or reactive dogs)

Elliot and Ida continue to be a valued part of the Hillcote team, and we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve welcomed two lovely new ladies to the family—introductions coming soon!

This autumn brings a special kind of magic—crunchy leaves, cosy evenings, and more wagging tails as Kayleigh starts gently easing back into work with little Pippa in tow. You might spot them out on a walk with some of our smaller four-legged clients, and we’re looking forward to seeing more of you and your furry companions again.
